Young Women's in Excellence: STAND IN HOLY PLACES!

Wherefore, Stand ye in HOLY places and be not moved until the day of the Lord come; for behold it cometh quickly saith the Lord."- D&C 87:8

The girls had so much fun eating SHOES!!!We went with a shoe night (since the whole "stand in holy places")   Tammy Link TOTALLY out did herself and took her cupcake talents to a whole new level!!! The girls all took part in the program by bringing their favorite pair of shoes and explaining why they were their favorite.  Faith were the girls favorite church shoes (what she wears to carry her to church every Sunday), divine nature were hiking boots! individual worth were bare feet!  Knowledge were school shoes.  Choice and accountability were slippers to help you think about making the choice in the morning if you are going to attend seminary or not!Good works are your yard shoes- so you can do service! Integrity are your sports shoes (so you are always honest in your actions) and virtue were a pair of temple shoes!

CUP CAKE WARS!!!

Okay, okay... so there was no "WAR", but we made super cute cup cakes!!

Birds of a FEATHER Flock TOGETHER!

We were so excited to make these cute hair clips with Sis Lord using REAL peacock feathers from the Atwood ranch!!!  The girls could be as creative as they wanted and come up with whatever they wanted!!!  Here are some of their creations!!!

Farewell to Karla....

Our Sweet Karla was leaving us to spend her senior year in Allen Texas with her cousin.  We are super sad to see her go, but know it is best for her. We wish you all the best!!!
(but couldn't send her off without a going away party at Sis.Murray's house!!!)

Chrysta's BIG day!!!

We met and fell in LOVE with Chrysta from day one!  I remember her first fireside when Sam Jameson just got home off his mission.  He really drove home the point of PARTICIATING!!!  Chrysta (still meeting with the missionaries at the time) said "I am going to be a MISSIONARY!!"  That girl makes me grin everytime I see her!!!

Chrysta and Kylie go to the same school and are in the same grade!

Her she is with the two elders that baptized her!

Sis Parker, Sis Acker, Sis Tannery, Kylie, Kirey, Meghan, Maddy, Tori, and Karla all came out to support Chryta for her big day!!! (Meghan came straight from a soccer game!! Way to go Meghan!!)
